I had paniced as it was a Sunday and I was going to be driving back home to Huntersville, NC, so I called the roadside assistance number. They told me the vehicle would have to be towed. When my ride took me to the dealer the sales manager, Brandon Arthur, immediately put me at ease and directed Carole, a sales person, to get me a loaner vehicle. They allowed me to send my ride away and said they would take care of me. Well, I felt they went above and beyond. They not only gave me a vehicle to use, Brandon said it would be fine for me to drive it home to Huntersville so I would not miss work, and that they would make sure my Elantr got attention the next morning and someone would be in touch. They had me in and out of there and I was able to see my son's baseball game before heading home. Then the next morning service called to say my vehicle would be looked at and they would get back to me. Later in the day they called to let me know it would be a while longer, so I arranged with them not to head back to Chapel Hill until the following day so I would be sure my vehicle was ready. The next day they followed up to tell me that they couldn't find anything wrong other that the computer had misfired and they reset it. I picked up my car and again everyone was friendly & courteous, and got me on my way in no time at all! The only glitch was that less than a week later my car did the same thing and this time another dealer found that it was a bad sensor, so I think that the technician at Sport Durst missed this. More

Since that time the service has been outstanding and we have watched as all make and model cars--not just yours--and also not just new cars come to your service center! The amazing service was the #1 reason we came back. We checked out the Mazda3 and we were impressed. What impressed us most about all of your sales people but especially these guys was their thorough and complete knowledge of the vehicle. We did shop all makes and models. We had service and sales managers either lie to us or not know GM made a car with a turbo! Most did not know their cars but especially the ones they were selling. Quite sad for the industry. Here we had a wealth of information and the sales manager caring enough to take us back into the service department to find a blue car and show us exactly what that blue would look like! We had people in your IT department stay in touch with me for months as I sized up this new car--the Elantra GT! No one out there from any company--even other Hyundai dealers did that so by all means they deserve some credit here too. It was because of her that we saved you guys--the best for last. What you should put in you ad is this--Sports Durst will be the last place you will look to buy a car because you will buy one there! More

They also provide many options for you to look at. There are great financing options, and lease plans. It all depends on what you want.
