I was greeted when I entered the establishment right away and assigned a sales representative just as fast. This stood out to me because I did visit another lot prior to this one. Eric met us on the sales floor at closing time, offered to have the car we wanted (it was in Detail at the time) available any time the next day, and did not disappoint us. In a few brief moments that we were alone, five different sales associates approached us to ask if we were being helped or if we needed anything. It is evident that customer service is a high priority at this dealership. I had not actually planned on buying a vehicle that day. However, I was so impressed with the staff and with the Jeep (our 3rd Jeep!) that I bought it and took it home the same day. My husband and I have bought eight vehicles from dealerships, and six vehicles from individuals over the past 30 years - this was the easiest vehicle purchase we have ever made.
