I was greeted when I entered the establishment right away and assigned a sales representative just as fast. This stood out to me because I did visit another lot prior to this one. I was not acknowledge at a and assigned a sales representative just as fast. This stood out to me because I did visit another lot prior to this one. I was not acknowledge at any point during my visit. Mr. Fleming looked me in my eyes while he talked to me. I think that is very important when communicating. Especially when it comes to a large purchase as a car. I rated Sport Durst and Mr Fleming a score of all five - 5's because I received good customer service from start to finish. More
