I live in Raleigh but I work in Durham. When my previous car died out on me, I had no choice but to start taking the bus to work. Each day I had to take a 2 1/2 hour bus commute to and from work. Dealership after another kept telling me things that I didn't want to hear such as we need 1,000+ down, NOT APPROVED, you need a consigner. I started to think finding the car I desperately needed was not going to happen until..I met Travis Ridddick . I did not even have a way to get to the dealership so I started exchanging information with Travis via email. One day Travis called me and said he had me approved and asked when I could come to the dealership. I told him that I would have to get back with him when I made ride arrangements. Travis then offered to pick me up from work that Friday in a company car. As promised he picked me up from work, and while we were driving to the dealership he began telling me how he had me approved for a Brand New Car. I started thanking God because I knew that with my credit history, and based on what OTHER dealerships had me it must have been divine intervention. Once we got to dealership the entire process was an ease. Travis showed me three BRAND NEW vehicles. We test drove my favorite and in no time I was driving off the lot with a BRAND NEW car. Travis even paid for my dinner that night :) Travis provided me with superior customer service and went above and beyond to help me.
