My sales consultant was Rashawn Bass. From the onset, Rashawn was professional and extremely friendly. He made sure that he walked me step by step, explaining the process in purchasing my new car. Prior to walking on the lot, I had already decided to purchase a 2012 Dodge Journey. He explained the features of the car and the incentives Dodge was offering on the vehicle. Rashawn even included my boyfriend in the process, talking to both of us throughout our time together. He explained the numbers to me, took me on a test drive, and emphasized some of the stand-out features of the vehicle. My experience with him was phenomenal and I will be sending my friends/colleagues to him when they are interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle. I was then sent to Scott Hooper, the finance manager. Upfront, Mr. Hooper explained what he had accomplished at that point and what he did to get me the best finance rate possible. He had my papers prepared and ready to go-all I needed was my signature. He even took a few more minutes to give his professional opinion as to what I needed to do to increase/improve my credit score in the near future. He did not hurry me out of his office, even though it was a Saturday and very busy. He took time to give me one-on-one customer service, as if I was the only customer in the building. Again, phenomenal service. Finally, my Sports Durst experience ended with Edgar Roman, Delivery Consultant. He was excited to show me all of the gadgets and features of my new vehicle. He explained to me the roadside assistance program, the discount service program and the referral program. Throughout, he was both professional and friendly, allowing me to interject with my own questions. He explained that he would continue to check on me throughout my ownership of the vehicle and told me I could call him at any point that I had problems with the vehicle. I felt comfortable with him and would have no hesitation in calling him if needed in the near future since I felt that his words were genuine. Again, phenomenal experience. I know what great customer service is-I am an attorney and professor. I know what makes a great car salesman (my father was one for a short time years ago). At this dealership, I felt comfortable and welcome. I would not hesitate to send my friends and colleagues to this dealership! I've purchased a new car before and I cannot say that I felt so "included" in each step of the process and I definitely did not feel welcomed and "unrushed" at the dealership. Wonderful experience! I had been wanting a car for a long time, but with my credit I just knew that I would have to opt for a nice used car, if I was even approved for that. They didn't want us to buy unless we were happy with what we were getting. They listened to what we wanted and made sure we were completely satisfied before we purchased.
