I bought a new 2012 Dodge Ram pickup truck on Labor Day weekend 09/02/12. Me and my family went in around 4:00 pm on a Sunday and the dealership worked to make the deal. We pointed out a small cut in the seat of the truck we were told to bring it back the following weekend for the truck to be detailed and the seat to be fixed. Went back the following Saturday, 09/08/12 and spent four hours at the dearlership. The seat was not fixed, told would be called the next week for an appointment to have the seat looked at be a specialist. A week latter still no phone call about the seat and the detailing job was horrable. They had the truk fir four hours on 09/08/12 did not fix the seat and my 10 year old could have cleaned the car better. On top of that recelved a call from the dealership on 09/12/12 asking my wife when me and her could come back to Durham to resign the contract, they printed in out wrong and the bank would not accept it. They were told they would have to come to us and all of the sudden the bank would take the contract. They did not want to answer any questions about the cut in the seat, nor did they want to address the detailing issues they were simply worried about the contract to get paid. Last complant, was told the truck came with two years of service and mantiance to inculde oil changes and tire rotation on 09/02/12 when we bought, even told they would work out having the service done near my home in Goldsboro,NC. When I went back 09/08/12, asked about it again and was told they would send me the details in the mail, now gettign the run around on that too. Finally, spoke with Edgar on 09/14/12 and gave him my list of issues first of all let me say the man was rude and talked down to me like I was stupid. He told me he did not like the word detail, "Detailing a car is not an accurate term, we provide a courtesy wash and dry of the vechile, we do not buff and polish any of the cars." he told me he had to get all his ducks in a row before dealing with the rip in the seat, and simply said send me pictures and I will call you latter about the matter. He gave no time line, nor idea of when the seat would be repaired. Very disappointed, next call will be the company..... More

I am definitely what you would call a difficult customer. I had been thinking of purchasing a BMW. My husband and I visited Performance BMW and once greeted by the salesman I simply asked him with all the ot I had been thinking of purchasing a BMW. My husband and I visited Performance BMW and once greeted by the salesman I simply asked him with all the other options available why should I buy a BMW. He was attentive, answered my questions & even made a pitch for my business. A couple of weeks later I received a letter from Sports Durst. Upon entering the building Glenn greeted us with a handshake. While talking with Glenn I immediately let him know that I no longer liked the car I was driving. I needed something more cost efficient & I actually wanted a lower car payment while trading a vehicle that was not paid for. Everyone we saw acknowledged our presence. While on the way to the concession stand a few buildings away I began to think why am I here I want a BMW. My final thought was when I get back I'm going to leave. We were continually greeted by everyone on each lot. That made the difference. When I returned it all happened so fast. Glenn showed me a vehicle that I fell in love with, I made the purchase, rang the gong and was welcomed to the Sports Durst Family. The customer service was exceptional, the constant attention made the experience very personal and I actually felt like I was with family. The next day we met with Edgar even with concession available my daughter wanted chocolate and Edgar gave her a dollar. While there Ken Nichols arrived and my daughters wanted his autograph. He was more than willing to meet their request and even showed them his bird. The entire team was professional, courteous, & prompt. More
