I went to sport durst “Just to look around” while one of my family members wanted to get a new automobile. I walked around looking at there large selection of vehicles both new and used. The sales team was my family members wanted to get a new automobile. I walked around looking at there large selection of vehicles both new and used. The sales team was not pushy they let me browse without following me around. After a free hot dog followed by a free coke and nachos and cheese I saw something that I wanted. Brian was finishing up selling my family member a vehicle. It was the end of the day and I am sure Brian was ready to go home, however he was patient with me and answer all of my questions. Brian was able to get me into the Jeep that I wanted with just a trade in and a low monthly payment as well. Brian Boulay went above and beyond my expectations. I truly appreciated all that he did for me. He was friendly, not pushy, and truly understood what I wanted and what I could afford. Scott Hooper is the sales manager in which Brian had to consult with in order to get me financed thanks to him I got a lower payment then I was first quoted. When it came time to sign all of the documents required Scott walk me through it. He is both friendly and extremely helpful. Finally Brian had us go to the deliver department where we met Rashawn Bass. He gave us a membership card to a one year roadside assistance program and answered any questions we may have had at that time. He congratulated me on my new Jeep and took my picture. Mr. Bass was also friendly and helpful. So I am here to tell you that I would and do recommend Sport Durst to my family and friends without any hesitation and I tell them all to go see BRIAN BOULAY! I used to always watch commercials about sport durst about "you come first, anybody approved." Well I came up Wednesday, Sept. 12th. My uncle and I had an appointment at 9:15am that morning. When we came in that is when Mr. Glenn Rice asked if we needed any help. I told him I had an appointment (later on I realized I was at the wrong building, it so happened I was supposed to be at the Mazda building, not Dodge). He sat us down and just took information to run my credit. He didnt seem to enthused about talking to me about what was on the lot or options or plans about what I wanted. He later told me I was approved for $1400 down or a co-signer. Of course then I didnt have $1400 so I had my uncle tried and it didnt go through because he doesnt have any credit. I wasnt to happy about the appointment so I had talked to my mother who referred me to sport durst because she heard of the good reputation for helping customers. I am in the army reserves and was in the field so my mother called for me to talk about the appointment to Ms. Sheila Mills. Ms. Mills said the appointment was not supposed to go like that and also that I was in the wrong building. Later I get a call from Mr. Glenn Rice at 2:30pm Friday Sept. 14th. He left a message that I didnt check because I was at drill at fort bragg. He stated,"Hey Korinda, How you doing BABY. This is Glenn from sport dust automotive. My number here is 919-355-8452. Call me back as soon as you get this message, alright. Bye." First of all, that message was inappropiate. You do not call a customer BABY! Another thing is he should have addressed me as Ms. Anderson. The next call was on Sunday, September 16th at 10:22pm. Mr. Rice stated "Hey Korinda, How you doing today. Its Sunday evening at 10:20. Sorry to call you so late. Got some good news so give me a call as soon as you get this message." I was asleep when he had called so when I checked my phone the next day I called him thinking "He must have approved me for a car for $500 down because that is what I had requested from the beginning." So when I called him he told me his manager was trying to work on a deal with Hyundai for just $500 down since all the other lots wanted $1400. He told me that he would call me at 10am and if he didnt call then to call him. I waited and called at 10am and he told me his manager was at a doctor's appt and was waiting to hear from him. My mother and I decided to drive from moore county to sport durst since he made it seem like I had a chance to drive off the lot with a car. When we get there we noticed Mr. Rice acting indifferent or rather not very surprised to see us there. I felt like something wasnt right to My mother and I talked to the assistant GM manager. We told her the situation and that is when Mr. Rice walked up and asked "What is wrong?" I explained and then I complained about him not showing us options of the cars. The manager which I recall her name being Nancy said "Glenn, why dont you show them the cars? We walked outside and waited and he still didnt show us around or any of the cars. He just told us to wait at the Hyundai dealership and he will get back with us. We arrived at sport durst at 1:15pm and Mr. Rice did not give me an answer. When he showed up later I asked him is this deal going to be a no or maybe. This was at 4:00pm. He said neither I am working on it. He left us and went back to Dodge/Chrysler lot. He finally came back after 6:30pm and looked at us like he couldnt believe we were still there. I felt like he was trying to play games with us hoping we leave. I have never in my life been treated so poorly. Due to poor or excellent credit, no one deserves to be treated the way we were treated. 6 hours I waited for an answer he said that this banker he was waiting on just got in touch with him and they wanted $2500 down. I was so hurt and disappointed because of this and wasting my time. My mother asked him who was his manager he stated, " I have several managers." I still have those inappropiate messages for proof and will keep them on my phone until I figure out if I need to contact a lawyer. I dont want to blame a whole establishment because of one person but he gives your business a bad name. I just hope he or no one else treats any customer like this ever again. More

Sport Durst was recommended to me by a relative who purchased a vehicle. I saw those corny commercials and thought "no way." My aunt said it would not be like the same bad experience from the other dealership. I walked onto the Sport Durst lot and was pleasantly greeted by everyone (even salesmen that were helping other customers). So far so good! A nice lady named Carole Henderson approached asking if I needed help. I explained my situation to her and to my surprise she said let's get started finding you a vehicle that meets your needs. I felt at ease talking to Carole and she made me feel very relaxed. She answered any questions, addressed concerns and was extremely honest with me. I found the dealership of my dreams! Carole then introduced me to Rashawn Bass to complete the process of buying my very 1st brand new car. Rashawn was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with me. I am beyond happy with my experience to Sport Durst! I cried myself to sleep that night because my father would have been so proud of me and my wonderful experience with all the Sport Durst staff!!!!
