Jon Fleming was our salesperson. He introduced himself as we were walking up to the showroom and asked if he could help us. This was around 10:30 am. He kept us updated on where the process was during the day and kept check on us when we were with Rashawn and Scott. Scott Hooper was who we worked with on signing the papers for the vehicle. He was very nice and explained the process very well. Rashawn Bass explained things about the truck to us and told us about different programs. He was very knowledgeable and explained things in detail to us. My husband is diabetic and by the time we met with Rashawn we had been there most of the day. He started feeling bad because his sugar had dropped. I was in the process of trying to get something from the vending machine when Rashawn came to get us. The vending machine was not working so he went over and got my husband a sub sandwich and some water. It was a pleasure to work with the 3 of these men to get our new Dodge Ram. More

I was wary about going to a dealership as opposed to certain "no-haggle" car lots, so I wouldn't have to deal with negotiating a price and possibly falling prey to stereotypically aggressive salespeople certain "no-haggle" car lots, so I wouldn't have to deal with negotiating a price and possibly falling prey to stereotypically aggressive salespeople trying to "put one over" on a lone female customer who has comparatively limited knowledge of cars. De'Angelo Smith-Murrell immediately put me at ease with his truly sincere, friendly personality. He accompanied me while test-driving three extremely different cars (I came to Sport Durst on the fence about what I wanted), and he helped me "think outside the box" by introducing me to the car that I ultimately ended up buying, a brand-new Jeep Patriot Sport. This is a car that I never would have thought to try, let alone think I could afford a 2013 model of, yet it turned out to have the right blend of what I was looking for: safe, affordable, roomy but not too big, and made in the USA! I hope Sport Durst realizes that it is a talented salesman who can sell a customer a car that wasn't even on that person's radar when he or she walked in the door. When my husband arrived later, De'Angelo was patient enough to stay late to have my husband test-drive two of the vehicles I had driven, and again accompanied us for a test-drive the next day in the actual vehicle we bought. In the negotiations, De'Angelo took as much time as we needed (total time spent with us was probably about 9 hours, over a span of 2 days)to settle on the right car model and price for our needs. My husband and I deliberate very, very carefully and weigh every minute option when we shop for anything pricey, let alone a car. When we signed the papers, Scott Hooper very patiently walked us through everything that needed to be signed, and graciously arranged with the sales manager to revise the papers when it was found that there was a misunderstanding about what we had all agreed upon the night before. After we signed the papers, the very personable and thorough Delivery Coordinator Rashawn Bass educated us about our new car and gave us some nice swag...all in all, we feel we got an excellent deal on the car, and are looking forward to seeing how it performs for us on the road for the next several years! More

Travis Riddick was the first person to greet us. I was very undecided and he was very patient with me and explained things thoroughly. Then we met Scott Hooper although it was a very busy day, he was efficicent and maintained a pleasant demeanor. Finally I met with Rashawn Bass. He was also thorough and very polite. There was another dealer who politely interrupted twice stating another customer really needed assistance. Rashawn politely told him, "I'll be there in a few minutes." both times. Rashawn did not assit him until he was completly finished assisting me. In my eyes, that was awesome customer service! My overall experience was great at Sport Durst. More

My wife and I came to sport durst to trade in a vehicle on a newer vehile with a little more size to it, and we were greeted at pull-up and just was assisted to our satisfaction all the way through. The only thing we felt could have been better was the rate of payment we were assigned, we felt it could have been a cheaper car payment issuring that we use sport durst again.
