Before coming to Sport Durst, my wife and I watched the commercials on television. I must say that my experience here was very good. The customer service was excellent and my options were good. My overall experience with sport durst was great..I have never owned a car before and I wasn't sure if I would be able to leave the dealership with a car. De'Angelo however assured me that I would be able t never owned a car before and I wasn't sure if I would be able to leave the dealership with a car. De'Angelo however assured me that I would be able to and he would do what ever it took to get me into my first car. He was fantastic. He interacted with me more like a friend then a dealer who was just trying to sell a car. He took on my own personal problems and made sure he did what ever it took for me to get the car. My options were slim but I ended up purchasing the 2013 jeep patriot. I was very satisfied with the car as well as the help from De'Angelo. Unfortunately De'Angelo had an appointment to attend so he couldn't stay to finish the paper work process. Another dealer Glenn took over and I was not pleased..he was very impatient and at one point had me on the computer printing out the papers he needed. He kept walking off and leaving. I got to the dealership at 12:30 that afternoon and didnt leave until 7:00 pm. I had to be to work at 5:00 p.m but he didn't seem to care. Everyone I worked with after him took care of me in a professional matter. Mr hooper processed our paper work and brandy and rashawn made sure they answered any questions I had, and made sure I knew how to work everything in the car..besides my experience with Glenn my overall experience was great, and I would recommend this dealership to any one looking to purchase a vehicle.
