Brandy Ranes also provided excellent service and was enthusiastic about helping us during the delivery phase. However, we did encounter a few "rough spots" in purchasing our new vehicle. For example, the entire buying process seemed longer than I've ever encountered. For example, on the night we purchased the car, a man took it to fill it with gas and was gone for about 30 minutes. On the day I took delivery, I had to wait 3 hours before I could meet with the Asst. Delivery Coordinator to check out. In addition, we were not told that my wife had to appear at the dealership to co-sign the title of the car we were trading in which required her to make an extra trip. Thus, I wish there had been a tighter checklist to cut out some of the delays. More

I filled out an online credit application on Sunday February 17th. I received a response within 2 minutes from Michelle Murphy. This was very impressive to me the quick response and also with it being on a Sunday evening . Monday February 18th I recieved a phone call by 9:30am from Andera Harris. Andera called to schedule an appointment for me to come in and let me know that I have been approved and what items I needed to bring with me to my appointment. When I hung up the phone with Andera, I had a follow up email of our coverstation, items to bring and directions to the dealership. I went to the dealership on Wednesday at 5:45pm for my appointment. I was greeted warmly and felt like I was in good hands. This feeling changed quickly over the next 24 hours. My salesman said that he would call me by 11am the next day. I did not hear anything by 11am and was unable to reach him on the phone. I drove to the dealership and saw my salesman, at that time I learned that my salesman passed me off to another salesman. My intial salesman passed me off to another salesman when he found out that I had to purchase a used car instead of a new car. This did not sit well with me at all, I express this to my new salesman Clayon Foster. Mr. Foster sincerly apologize for what happen. Mr. Foster ask if he may be given a chance to right this wrong, he also said I understand that if you do walk away also but I would really like a chance to rectify this situation. I gave Mr. Foster a chance to fix this situation. Mr. Foster got with Emmet Minor, Scott Hooper and Rashawn Bass. All of the gentlemen named went above and beyond to fix this situation and got me into a brand new 2013 Dodge Avenger. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. I hope that this honest review will catch the attention of all.
