Our experience at Sport Durst was one I will never forget. At first we were a little iffy because when we first pulled up we walked the entire three lots until someone finally came to see if we needed forget. Scott Hooper was very patient with me when I kept messing up my signatures on the forms that needed to be signed. I was too excited! LOL! Brandy Hanes was very thorough when she explained everything to us from the roadside assistance info to syncing our phones to the bluetooth in our brand new Dodge Avenger! There were others whose names that I don't remember or didn't get who made us feel very welcome, comfortable, and appreciated for bringing our car search/buying business to Sport Durst. One guy even gave my autisitc nephew a toy car which he hasn't let out of his sight. I didn't want to leave Sport Durst and I felt like we have made new friends for life. Everyone answered all our questions and concerns and made sure that we were accomodated in every way possible. I originally came to this dealership with low expectations of leaving with a car, but this team was of great help in helping me to purchase one. The whole experience was one filled with patience expectations of leaving with a car, but this team was of great help in helping me to purchase one. The whole experience was one filled with patience and kindness. Everyone had very friendly demeanor, and were the antithesis of what I have come to expect when visiting a car dealership. I never felt pressured to purchase an automobile; the whole experience was pressure and stress free. From the salesman to the finance manager to the delivery coordinator, everyone was very patient and understand and helpful. I especially want to show my gratitude for Wesley; he was very professional, friendly, and completely engaged throughout the whole process. I constantly apologized for not being very organized and for the process taking longer than usual, but he was very reassuring. I had a great time talking with him and the insurance agent (T. Neptune) while I waited for what seemed like days for the financing to go through (the bank had to make sure all of their T's were crossed and I's were dotted.
