My experience at this dealership was the epitome of good customer service. The wheel was set in motion from the moment I got out of my old car. Before I reached the door one employee greeted me and asked how he could help. I told him that I was looking for a car. He pleasantly invited me in. At that moment little did I know that a couple of hours later I would be driving home in a brand new vehicle. Then, we met Jack and my host asked him if he was available. Walking behind Jack to his office, I was well on my guard knowing how aggressive sales people can be. I can now admit that I was wrong. My impression of Jack is that of an individual who is attentive and sensitive to the needs of his clients. He worked with me until he found an option that had quality, was affordable and suitable to my needs. During the negotiations, I truly believed that he wanted to make me happy more than anything else. Don't get me wrong, I did not always agree with his offers but he was very tactful in re-engaging me every time we faced an impasse. The negotiations even stalled at one point as we failed to agree on the monthly payments. He excused himself for a moment and when he returned, I had my purse on my laps ready to say goodbye. Then he offered me an alternative that turned out to be a game changer. This time it was another ChrysIer 200 of a different color. I was reluctant at first but I did accept to test drive it. The rest is history. The car is exactly what I wanted. I hated black. I never drove a black car in my entire life but now I am loving it. Tony is another success story. The minute I walked in to his office I felt like a million dollars. His broad smile and expertise confirmed that I was at the right place. He went over all the information in the package with me and showered me with awesome gifts. Something I never experienced anywhere else. You guys are the best. If I ever find anyone looking for a car I will not hesitate to recommend Jack and this dealership. I bought a Chrysler at another location four years ago but I cannot say the same about their service. Thank you jack, Tony and the entire Team. As always, the service that my husband and I received from Sport Durst was simply outstanding! We had purchased a 2011 Dodge Nitro from Travis Riddick back in September 2011. Unfortunately, that vehicle had been declared a total loss due to a recent accident. My husband and I had a very short amount of time to make an important decision about regarding our transportation. We immediately thought of the pleasurable experience we had a couple years ago & decided to call Travis. Just as expected, he was attentive and understanding of our situation. He presented us with the vehicle my husband had picked out and explained all it's features during the test drive. We were sold on that 2013 Dodge Charger! Mesha Hawkins was our finance manager who extended a feeling of being among family while we signed the final documents. After closing the deal, we finished up with Delivery Coordinator, Tony Peele.
