Bruce Bright was a real nice guy who came across as very caring. He misplaced a battery cover for one of our headsets and offered to buy us a whole new headset out of his own pocket, which we're still wait caring. Bruce unintentionally misled us in saying that our car had Bluetooth and Navigation. After purchasing the Dodge Grand Caravan I discovered it did not come with these features. I returned the next day and talked to Tony Peele who told me they would put the Bluetooth in the van at no cost to me. Tony gave me his cell phone number and answered it everytime I called. He stayed true to his word and the day came when we would receive the Bluetooth. Linda stepped in after some miscommunication and really got the ball rolling on the bluetooth. She was smart enough to send me a picture of what the bluetooth would look like. That's when I discovered the Bluetooth being put on the van was not what I expected. It was an after factory attachment. So we decided against the Bluetooth in the end. Linda talked to the GM and offered to buy the van back, but we really like the van and the price we paid for it. So to make up for all our trouble Linda was able to get us 2 brand new back tires which the van needed and we had planned on buying later. I would say to the individuals involved, thank you for your help and kindness. To the dealership as a whole, you need to work on communication between different departments. Our ordeal could have been handled a lot smoother if people actually knew why we were there to see them and what our situation was. Also, if I've been talking to Tony for 2 weeks, don't try to step in and do his job for him. He was getting it done and having someone come in at the last second to take over caused a big mess. I gave a 5/5 rating because they individuals I listed did their best and in the end we left happy. More
