As soon as I picked a car I wanted to test drive, Bruce would go to retrieve the key. Then, as soon as he was gone, I would change my mind and send him right back. Sweat pouring down his flushed face, he never said a word, never seemed at all exacerbated. We joked about my fickle nature but I know he had to be hiding his frustration. He hid it well- always friendly and professional. He ended up finding me a car I never thought I would love but I still do! I bought a Dodge Dart when I came to see a used Camry or Accord and I don't regret my decision at all. I'm so glad I went with the RallyE appearance package. The back-up camera, cruise control, rims, Bluetooth...everything is awesome and well worth the difference in price. When it came time to sign the paperwork, Mesha was wonderful and had a great personality. She had all the paperwork filled out and ready and it took no time at all. She was professional and fun and her experience was assuring. Not only did she do a great job with the financial aspect of things, she pointed out a scratch on my new car and even tried to clean it off. When she realized it was a scratch and not dirt, she and Bruce both assured me that it would be taken care of. I was amazed that someone would care so much about a customer that they would find a fault in their own product and bring it to my attention.
