I had a great experience at Sport Durst. Toney Thomas was punctual, informative and friendly. I never felt rushed, pressured or ignored. In every conversation, including ones concerning delays on financing punctual, informative and friendly. I never felt rushed, pressured or ignored. In every conversation, including ones concerning delays on financing on my end, Toney was calm a great listener and very patient. The car was presented in a clean condition before it was detailed for sale. Toney made sure I had time to take a good test drive and answered all my questions. There was no haggling or tense negotiation about the price. Everything was done with kindness and professionalism. The vehicle was detailed, filled with gas..oil changed before I left the lot. Miranda Miller was friendly, funny and just all around GREAT. I was not expecting the final step in the sales process to include GIFTS! She too really took her time and made me feel like they cared what happened to me and the vehicle after I drove off the lot. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
