Hi we are so excited to purchase the 2013 Dodge Durango in which I have been praying for since the 2011 Dodge Durango's,this is truly a beautiful vehicle, I fell in love with the 1999 Durango in which we p in which I have been praying for since the 2011 Dodge Durango's,this is truly a beautiful vehicle, I fell in love with the 1999 Durango in which we purchase in October that year and to this day are still driving. We are so thankful for our nephew Bryce Paylor giving advice and encouragement during this sale I was amaze at how knowledgeable he is.Thankful for Jon Fleming product specialist he was very helpful in finding us a parking space when we arrived,welcome us with a smile and a handshake and took us on a test drive on the 2013 Durango which was very nice , there was no pressure he was very knowledgeable of the working of the vehicle . We were considering purchasing a used 2011 from another dealership; however upon arriving on your lot there was not a place to park, so we kept going, but Jon saw us and moved a unit so we could have a place to park, now to me,that matter. To be honest, the worst part of buying a car for me is " going to the business office", however I was delightfully surprised as a very friendly and helpful and very patient gentleman (Scott Hooper) navigated us through the paperwork. Jeff didn't wait until we were sold, but checked on us while we were still deciding. After all was done, the Durango was detailed and ready to go, but the team was not done, Bruce, who looks a lot like Jon told us about our roadside service and many other thing about our vehicle, and made sure we had no concerns that had not addressed.
