1st off, I missed my Sat appointment & when I called 2 reschedule the next day, I told them I had to leave out for work. 5 hey told me to go ahead and come in. When I arrived on Sunday I was met by the 2 reschedule the next day, I told them I had to leave out for work. 5 hey told me to go ahead and come in. When I arrived on Sunday I was met by the salesman with a handshake and pleasant personality. After a brief introduction, we went to his desk and began the process of me getting a car. I was shown some great dodge cars/suvs. I made my choice and allowed to test drive the vehicle. I was explained to about the vehicle during 5 he drive. We arrived back at the office where my salesman began the paperwork process. He was quick 5 get me approved. Then I was introduces to the finance manager I signed the paperwork. I was given a very detailed explanation of everything about the car. I left with a detailed car, full tank of gas, and a gift set for the car. Staff was very professional and knowledgeable of their product, as well as very upbeat. The facility was very clean and professional looking. I would buy or recommend from Paul Henessey. More
