A surprisingly pleasant experience I can't say enough about how happy we were with our sales associate, De Angelo Smith-Murrell. He made such an obvious effort to make our search and p I can't say enough about how happy we were with our sales associate, De Angelo Smith-Murrell. He made such an obvious effort to make our search and purchase for a new vehicle painless. He has a sincere and non-pressuring attitude when it comes to assisting the buyer locate the right vehicle and finalizing the purchase. He was thorough and patient while we were trying to make a final decision on what we wanted to buy. He then referred us to Scott Hooper in the Finance area. This process was also a very pleasing surprise. He was very diligent, however he also managed to expedite the necessary paperwork and with a smile. Tenika Neely was the last person who aided in our departure home with the 2014 Jeep Patriot. She was very helpful in explaining any questions we had and made sure we were comfortable with our total experience at the dealership. I would definitely recommend Sport Durst to family & friends when looking for a new vehicle. All of the other staff we encountered while at the dealership were friendly, helpful and pleasant. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with - horrible! I bought my car originally in March 2014 and wrote a review based off being overcharged by almost $5,000, and telling me I could only be approved fina I bought my car originally in March 2014 and wrote a review based off being overcharged by almost $5,000, and telling me I could only be approved financially for this one specific, exact car, nothing else. I was very adamant that I did not want a service contract. When I got home, found the invoice in the trunk, which showed I was charged the $5000 over what the invoice said, with no extras other than what was on there. Days later, I found out I was also charged for a $2000 service contract. I had a car with Florida plates and I wanted the Florida plates and registration transferred and was told no. I contacted the FL DMV and was told as long as I was replacing my other car which had Florida plates and registration, I could get those put on this car, even being out of state. They faxed me the FL law on registering a vehicle out of state with FL plates with fees and instructions and the form to do it. I then completed the dealer review and received initial calls from someone "Tim" or "Jim" who yelled at me and hung the phone up on me over my rating. Then I started receiving calls from "James" who promised to rectify what happened. He sent me a fedex package with a cancellation for the service contract and I sent it back by fedex. It has never been submitted to the lender for the $2000 credit. They have failed to return calls and letters. I hand delivered a letter with the information from the FL DMV I asked to be given to Mr. Durst. I waited over a week, no calls. Went back there and they had to dig through papers on someone's desk and just told my fiancé that you can't put Florida plates on a car in NC, which is not true. The papers were never given to Mr. Durst. I then sent Mr. Durst an email by certified mail which got to the dealership over a week ago and I have yet to receive a phone call. I called today and Mr. Durst "is out, probably won't be back for the weekend." Its obvious the Mr. Durst doesn't care about what happened to me at his dealership, being overcharged that much money, being charged for a service plan I stated emphatically I did not want, going through motions like they were cancelling the service contract, but never submitting the cancellation and providing a refund to my financer, ignoring my request for Florida plates, ignoring the first letter I sent, and ignoring the certified letter I sent. They know I am moving back to Florida soon, so probably figure by ignoring me they can just get away with what they did. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE More

He was courteous, friendly, and did the maximum to make sure I got the Ws greeted by several staff members, and Glenn Rice helped me with my purchase. 100th Anniversary Dodge Charger R/T 1 of 7,500!!!! My Good Friend and Brother Paul Henesy works at this dealership. He works in the Dodge Chysler Division. He is the one that sold me my very 1st Dodge Charger 8 yrs ago. Well 123,000 miles later it was time to get another one. I drove from SW Florida specifically to buy this car from Paul because if the way he treated me with his professionalism,kindness and knowledgable service I was sold in my first Charger R/T. I made a promise to him that I will never but a car from any one else as long as he is in the business. I picked up my 2014 limited edition Dodge Chrager R/T 100th Anniversary about 4 hours ago. I can not say enough about the service I received and the throughness of my experience. Bruce explained everything to me in great detail and is a Shipmate of mine as we both served Honorably in the Navy in our own respective years. Very good job Bruce and Scott was excellent in explaining everything regarding the financing options and made it quick and seamless. Not everyone drives 750 miles to buy I new car but I did and you should too. This is an excellent dealership and I left feeling like I had made many new friends.
