Damaged my car and denied it We left my wife's car at Sport Durst Chrysler, at their request, so my wife could drive a car she was considering home for a day. Her car was at Sport Durst Chrysler from 5pm on a Saturday till 5:30 pm on the following Monday when I picked it up. The salesperson retrieved my car and I found new damage to the front bumper to the point that it had to be replaced. Their response at that time was "what?" Their response after 10 days of waiting for a call, too bad, the responsibility for what happened after we left it and they drove it to and from a place was ours. We had to file a claim with our insurance and pay a deductible. More
