May of 2019 I spoke with Calvin and picked out a Camry. After picking out the car, SCT sends you back to talk to another gentleman whose job it is to upsell you on insurance, coverage, and stuff you don't After picking out the car, SCT sends you back to talk to another gentleman whose job it is to upsell you on insurance, coverage, and stuff you don't need to raise the rates. I had my grandmother who had Alzheimer's disease with me. When this gentleman was told no (by me, the contract holder/person paying/vehicle purchaser) he would look at my grandma and tell her how "I needed these to stay safe" and she would get very concerned and try to pressure me into it. I told the man to stop doing this as she is not the contract holder and HAD ALZHEIMER'S. Making it illegal for him to do this. I should have walked out. A couple weeks later I realize they are charging me for insurance. I called and let them know I had coverage and requested their coverage removed and to reduce my rate appropriately. They refused to send me anything in writing but said it was done. Well they never reduced my rate and never removed the coverage. 4 months later I total the car. I call SCT and let them know I want to use their coverage/gap since I've been charged monthly for it. They redirect me to around 10 phones numbers over the course of two months. each rep said to talk to SCT who is ignoring my calls and messages. I called twice a week for 2 months. I finally go to SCT and wait 3 hours just to be told I need to call someone else. Long story short I wound up having to use my own coverage/GAP. I have two months of emails from their GAP program stating that SCT wasn't providing documents in timely fashion. More
My sales and sales manager did a great job but by the time I got my plates they did not transfer my Disable Plates so when I got my plates in I got regular plates. I went to DAV and Tax Office told me I time I got my plates they did not transfer my Disable Plates so when I got my plates in I got regular plates. I went to DAV and Tax Office told me I had to wait another week or two more to even apply for new plates after me running up to Carrollton and back back to the Tax office - DAV said dealer do it all the time don't transfer but sure did charged me for all the tags and fees when all they had to do is transfer it. Gave finance a copy of my Plates but never done. Looks like I'm out of $$$ and gas going back and forth. Not happy at all!!! More
I purchased a new 2019 Sienna with a platinum extended warranty. I brought it back for the covered oil change, and was told that the current owner did not honor that warranty. Not true!! Next the air con warranty. I brought it back for the covered oil change, and was told that the current owner did not honor that warranty. Not true!! Next the air conditioning stopped working. I took it there and they advised that it was a bad hose, and it was covered by the warranty, but to replace the hose required removing the front bumper, and the radar would have to be reprogrammed. Not covered by the warranty, and would be an additional $480!!!!! After multiple calls to the warranty company, Toyota corporate, and the dealership, they finally covered the full bill. The hose was back ordered and it took 3 weeks to get it. They were nice enough to give me a loaner car, but when they completed the repair, they called and said that the battery needed replacing!! Only $207!! I advised that I would replace the battery myself. When I arrived to pick up the van it was filthy from being parked under a cypress tree for 3 weeks. They jump started the van, and said to replace the battery ASAP. I drove the van 20 miles to work, opened the hood to find that the terminals were badly corroded. I cleaned them and have not had a problem since. Totally unacceptable service. More
From the very start the sales man knew nothing about the car I was inquiring about and had no intention of finding me answers. When we went inside to talk about numbers there was no transparency about the w car I was inquiring about and had no intention of finding me answers. When we went inside to talk about numbers there was no transparency about the whole deal. When another potential buyer showed for the same car he tried very hard to make us not want the car anymore because he knew he was going to make more money off the other buyer. Worst experience of my life will never go back there again. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else these people are only trying to rob you More

Very poor customer service and extremely pushy sales team. The Camry I wanted to see that was shown online was apparently at another shop and the only Camry they wanted me to see was a piece of junk. team. The Camry I wanted to see that was shown online was apparently at another shop and the only Camry they wanted me to see was a piece of junk. Tried to push me into buying a Corolla that was not what I wanted. They took my keys from me to give me my trade in valve tried to tell me $24,500 is the same as $26,000 had to ask many times at least 10 to get my keys back so I could leave. I will never go back to this dealership. More
First off they really pressure you into getting a vehicle ASAP! I kept telling him I needed time to think about it, should have listened to my instinct. I purchased a 2020 Corolla, and within less than 60 da ASAP! I kept telling him I needed time to think about it, should have listened to my instinct. I purchased a 2020 Corolla, and within less than 60 days I already had a problem with the car. It ended up costing me $860 out of pocket, even though I am paying for an extra warranty that is supposed to cover everything. They are horrible at customer service, and the manager won’t return my call. I can’t wait to be done with them and into another vehicle! I would recommend to stay away from this dealership. Very unprofessional, and that is being kind at the least! More
I will NEVER buy another car from this dealership again. I bought 2 in the same month and both have given me nothing but problems. I will be getting rid of these 2 vehicles as soon as I can. We purchased a used 2020 Toyota Camry. They told us that it was Toyota certified and that it was in a minor fender bender. I found out by my insurance provider that it was in an accident and the collision r it was Toyota certified and that it was in a minor fender bender. I found out by my insurance provider that it was in an accident and the collision repair was over 7,000.00 dollars and medical there were claims. That's no minor fender bender. I went back to the dealership and spoke to Jose and shared the information with him. He was so rude and was such a smart xxx. He said it could have been that the driver ran into a mail box. He refused to further assist me, turned me away and said that I have to contact carfax if I have a problem with the vehicle. To me I think Toyota didn't do enough research about the vehicle and only cares about their sales. More
