Very respectful. Made us feel like family when looking for my car. The service department on the other hand isn’t even close. Made us feel like family when looking for my car. The service department on the other hand isn’t even close. More
Was pre-qualified for loan, came in car saw online within lender approval parameters being net specifically for that cars Year, milage & Price verification by phone with lender prior to arrival. I specifical lender approval parameters being net specifically for that cars Year, milage & Price verification by phone with lender prior to arrival. I specifically told dealership this and stated not to run my credit with any other lenders by the specific lenders I had pre-qualified with. They did what they wanted ran through multiple times and multiple lenders. A. to scare me to not seek else where B. If I did go elsewhere it would be for not because other dealerships would see the amount of pulls and automatically won't work with you. , they chose a different car I didn't like all but settled on due to numbers matching, only the sells rep misquoted price I knew this even stated this but eventually I signed buyers purchase agreement (not contract). I was told vehicle had to have repairs inspection etc. completed and would be ready tomorrow for pick up, they would send a car to pick me up when it was ready and I could finish the contract the upon pick up, gave my card to hold on file for when it needed to be ran after contract signed, which it was ran immediately without me even saying yes to it. So basically my down payment was paid, i grabbed receipt and buyers purchase agreement and left. Next day no call at all I text said would check in it nothing, next day I text says be ready by midday, midday comes around nothing, evening comes I text says had unexpected repairs be ready 1st thing next day. Next day morning I text says I wanted the car or cancel and I'd be by to pick up my money in cash cause I wasn't willing to wait 5 to 7 refund process when you said you were putting info on file and ran my card instead already so I left it at that. Now the car isn't ready what is going on. The guy says let me check real fast. I don't here from him for hours , I text saying I am on my way to pick up my money or car have one or the other ready upon arrival. He messages and says yes come and there's been a change but I'll like it. I get there he claims car had extension on repairs needed & couldn't be sold. But had other options. The other options were completely useless. However he goes to the back and brings back a car id been looking for for a while but in crappy condition. But price was right, I asked if they're paid it says yes I asked well if so I'd like it electric blue he back tracks says they won't paint the whole thing just the scratches etc. I said that's not what you said initially now you back out. I need it in writing and debts and windshield needs be sound and legal drivable. He says he throw in the maintenance package on them for courtesy and the anti theft as well. Sure whatever I notice none of what we discussed is on the buyers purchase order doc right. I point this out also point out the break down of car price doesn't match what was quoted either , we go and forth blah blah, I opt to hash it out with finance cause at this point the sale rep is obviously shady as heck and the sales manager is just as shady as well and think they are slick Rick jones or some crap by the way No no your not. Finance office , checking numbers this 7k car price shoots up to 24k loan in a matter of mins , I am like um nah bra explain how this possible. They go through numbers everything that was perk or thrown in was negated added as additional cost on the contract. Tell me I was getting a good deal um no where I explained the clear coat that is standard on all vehicles per company policy the company needs to pay as it's their policy not mine I don't need nor want it most especially cause your not painting it the color I want, no new paint job so I gotta get it painted later also same goes for low jack system crap. You said car hadn't even been inspected yet so no of that had been done yet so don't. Per policy it was required for every car. Sales rep & Manager stepped in tried to push numbers again. Still didn't add up. got tired of being BSes and walked. Crappy crappy service, shady ,shady More
Bait and Switch. I hate when I fall for it. We had solid numbers with the salesperson. Even when the I'll be right back stuff started, we had solid numbers. Those pap I hate when I fall for it. We had solid numbers with the salesperson. Even when the I'll be right back stuff started, we had solid numbers. Those papers disappeared when I got to finance. Then when the I'll be right back in finance started, it's a magic show. Numbers changing. Trusting the guy. Boom, you are thinking you left with what you wanted and somehow, they jacked up the price 10K. But I signed. More

Did not explain I was "buying" optional packages, would not have agreed to it if I would have known. They said it was included with the purchase. Put 10k down on a 25k car, didn't tell me I was walking out not have agreed to it if I would have known. They said it was included with the purchase. Put 10k down on a 25k car, didn't tell me I was walking out with a 25k loan. Only one lender offer for 18% apr daily. Instead of informing me and recommending to back out of some of it, they accepted it. Ended up having to sell the car shortly after. I am contacting an attorney as there was a similar case at a neighboring dealership. DO NOT BUY HERE! They are co-artists/scammers More

Take vehicles and sell them even after you put down "good faith money", the managers change the cost of vehicle, the finance dept adds things to total and doesn't go over the details then tells you all the paperwork is on a flash drive for review when only one document is there. And these numbers aren't even the ones which the sales and management quotes. No numbers or costs are given on extra services and when questioned on "why" no one will answer your question. So, if you want this type of service come here. Otherwise find another dealership! Oh, forgot about the great customer service from management where they treat you with abruptness. rudeness and basically boarding on unprofessionalism but some really like this type of service. Great Sales Representative in Dwayne Flowers who tried to do the right thing till management and finance got involved. More

I have been doing business with Sport City Toyota for over 20 years because they are a dealership I believe in. I have always had the a great sales rep. My lease was ending so I went into the dealership over 20 years because they are a dealership I believe in. I have always had the a great sales rep. My lease was ending so I went into the dealership to trade in my 2021 Venza Limited and get a new one. My original sales rep had retired but I was fortunate to get Jeff Jones as my new sales representative. He is Director of Fleet Sales and is a terrific salesman. He was professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Not only did he listen to my needs and concerns, he went above and beyond to find me the best vehicle possible to meet those needs and my payment concerns. I love the car he found. It was everything I wanted and affordable. Melissa Pattison, Finance Mgr, was extremely helpful. She explained what I was signing and then gave me my options to consider. Best part, she explained all the options and benefits but unlike some people you met elsewhere, she was not pushy, there was no hardsale. She listened and really made Finance a pleasant experience. Mark Kitchen, Business Finance Director, stopped by to check how everything was going and then thanked me and my wife for our business. He can always be seen moving around the sales floor checking with people to make sure everything is going right. They are all so personable. I like this dealership and will continue doing business with them because of the people they have and the great service I always get. My kids have used them too. Highly recommend this dealership. Sales manager George and Anette the sales lady were awesome. Finance manager Erik Flores - I didn't like him how he explained the process. I FELT LIKE HE WAS RUSHING ME TO GET THE ADDITIONAL SERVICES awesome. Finance manager Erik Flores - I didn't like him how he explained the process. I FELT LIKE HE WAS RUSHING ME TO GET THE ADDITIONAL SERVICES . HE MADE ME SIGN THE PAPERWORK WITHOUT SHOWING ME THE COST BREAKDOWN. RIGHT AFTER I SIGNED, HE DIDN'T GIVE ME A COPY OF THE DOCUMENTS AND JUST PUT IT IN AN ENVELOPE. I HAD TO GO BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP TO GET A COPY OF THE DOCUMENTS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM. IF YOU WANT TO BUY A NEW CAR. GO FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE. NOT THIS LOCATION. EVERYTHING IS OVER PRICE . More
