Certified? Eric was good at his job, but when it came to the end I didn't expect an almost $5000 added to the vehicle. They said I can cancel the protection package within 90 days but what a price tag. A $16,000 car turn into a $20,000 vehicle. I haven't financed a car since 2001 so maybe things have drastically changed since then. I'm only okay with my purchase but there some unsettled feeling about it. I know I am paying way too much for this vehicle, but it is what it is. I don't plan on doing this again until the wheels, doors, roof, etc literally fall off this vehicle. I would recommend them to others but the whole we don't negotiate on certified vehicles part I would recommend others to skip those vehicles because you pay for it being "certified" then you're hit with a protection package on top of that so if it is so "certified" why the the extra, extra protection?
