Knowledgeable, down-to-earth dealership I recently bought a 2017 Chevy Volt from this dealership. Everyone we dealt with had a good sense of humor, was knowledgeable and just plain nice. Every time I take my vehicle in I have to wait and if there was a place that was any friendlier I've not found it yet. They keep me informed of the progress of work frequently, go over everything in detail and if, on the rare occasion cant address or fix the issue offer me a loaner car. From the owner to the service people everyone seems to care and yes I've spoken to the owner who somehow remembers me even when it's been months between conversations. We purchased our vehicle Feb 10 2018 and we've never had an issue that's not been resolved to our satisfaction. Would I ever purchase or recommend this dealership? Without out reservations YES. Now if there was someway you could open a service area/bay/garage in DC my world would be complete! Thank you SPORT Chevrolet for service that cant be repeated anywhere else. More
