The staff was unprepared and was going to let me drive off the lot without all the paperwork (temporary registration etc.). They treated me like I was barely worth their time and made me feel undervalued as a customer. This being the very first new car I've ever owned, it turned out to be much less than the perfect experience i could have hoped for. More
