Bill was very helpful, I felt he really was working for me. Bill told me right upfront he doesn't work on commission I work for my customer's. I really felt he was working for me. Awful Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. They are unorganized, unprofessional and insincere. I bought a brand new 2017 Tucson Limited Ultimate Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. They are unorganized, unprofessional and insincere. I bought a brand new 2017 Tucson Limited Ultimate edition from Larry H. Miller. They had to do a dealer trade with Seattle to get that particular model to me. They lost the second key and it's been 2 months without them making it right. They keep telling me Seattle needs to send it to me but I have contacted the dealer in Seattle to validate this information only to find out that Seattle indeed sent BOTH keys with the vehicle to Larry H. Miller and that regardless of this the dealership I purchased from should not be making me run around trying to find my second key. I have already paid for TWO keys at time of purchase. Additionally, when I went to pick up my brand new (almost 40k car might I add) the temporary registration and licensure were not given to me, I had to go back in to the showroom to hunt those items down. I have had to contact Hyundai directly to get a case manager to have some support to make this right. This is the first brand new car I've ever purchased and I regret very very much buying it from them. More
