Above and beyond! As being a couple that is expecting our first child we were in the search of a newer vehicle. I thought we had done all the research and preparation needed. I was preapproved from my bank. After arriving to the lot everyone was friendly and helpful. The vehicle we were looking at unfortunately had an issue, however they we not going to show us a car that had an issue. After a few hours of talking and researching they came back to the desk we were sitting at and said they had a vehicle for us to view. We walked outside to look at a brand new 2018 Hyundai Elantra. I was in shock, in freeze mode. Long story short the female that helped us ( Toni Cornell) worked closely with her GM and got us in a brand new vehicle. They did everything they could while making us not feel pressured. They took very good care of us. Please if you think you cannot drive a better vehicle, try them before doubting yourself. They'll prove you wrong and show you what you're worth! More

Instead of telling me it would take longer than he had originally explained, he made excuses and stated the vehicle would now need to be kept overnight. He made several phone calls to me with a different excuse each time. I ended up picking my car up and taking it to another local dealership. I did not trust my vehicle was going to be taken care of after dealing with the service personnel. More
