(Since Craig is listed as sales staff, I suspect that I was not directed to an owner, as requested.) ** I subsequently learned that Craig is, indeed, a co-owner of this business. Initially, he was listed as sales staff due to a website input error that has now been corrected. ** I am glad to see that the new owners recognize the value in retaining the good people that were working for the other owners. Robert Storseth, service department, bent over backward to provide excellent customer service. I asked to see the transmission leak and he retrieved me from the waiting room and had his senior tech show me the problem and explain the situation to me. And, Cheri (front desk) is beyond awesome. She clearly needs to be added to the employees listed by name. I can always count on her to be friendly, forthright, and helpful. More

Helpful Service Personnel I have never had any problems coming here and usually give them an excellent rating. Also, they have always washed my car so I could leave the dealership with a nice clean car. After I paid my bill I was almost all the way home and realized that they had not washed my car!!!!!! If I didnt live so far away I would have gone back!! Guess it just wasnt my day. More
