I loved that they were friendly with my kids and patient with their antics. Kids can get wild when cooped up for an extended period of time. One gal made sure they had water and coloring materials, which was super-beneficial. The only other thing that would have been better would be to have snacks on hand. We didn't have a lot of change, and the process took longer than typical. My kids were starved when all was said and done. The service didn't diminish, though, as the time passed. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. More

Always a good Service experience on my Santa Fe. Very friendly staff. They get the repairs done as quickly as possible and I know it’s done right. Only down side is one little thing,,,, they used Very friendly staff. They get the repairs done as quickly as possible and I know it’s done right. Only down side is one little thing,,,, they used to wash your car after working in it and I think they must have stopped that little perk. I had $577.00 worth of repairs done and no car wash 😳. I was little disappointed but still recommend them highly. More

Oil changes Before my husband passed away in 2014 he had purchased 12 oil changes that I did not know about until I came in for oil change. I don't drive a lot so Before my husband passed away in 2014 he had purchased 12 oil changes that I did not know about until I came in for oil change. I don't drive a lot so have only used 3. When I came in 9/29 for oil change they said they expired but would honor 1 more. I know he would not have paid for so many if he had been told they had an expiration date. I am going elsewhere for future service needs. More
