I live about 15 minutes away, so this was an especially nice and unexpected service. I thought I had a coupon but didn’t, however, Robert was able to give me some discounts which was made the bill reasonable. If you have to wait while your car is being worked on, it’s a comfortable place to sit and enjoy some good coffee while you wait. More

You're doing it wrong if you're not buying from Toni Going to a dealership is the last thing I ever want to do. I absolutely dread it. I hate being bombarded the minute I drive onto a lot. I can't stand when I'm trying to decide what I want and having someone push me one way or another which usually ends up with me regretting the decision I go with. Toni makes this process smooth. It's like your friends for years even though you may just be meeting her for the first day. I was blown away sitting at her desk with the amount of people that would go out of their way to stop and say hello and give her hugs. I could tell I was working with the right person. You can tell that each person she took the time to get to know them, and type of care they received to the best of her ability. When I got to the dealership she took the time to sit down with me and discuss what it was that I was looking for in a vehicle and what I wanted to accomplish. We went on the best test drive I've ever been on which included all sorts of different driving scenarios. I told her I was not purchasing that day. Never once did her demeanor change she was kind, caring, knowledgeable and made sure that I understood exactly what I would be getting in that vehicle. When we got back she introduced me to her managers that were at the desk and pointed out the values of the dealership on the wall above them. The entire time I was there I felt like every moment invested was used well and appreciate the fact that I wasn't sitting waiting for hours. I also appreciated the fact that the manager got up came over to her desk and sat down to discuss last final details. At the end of the day I decided to purchase but it was because I chose to instead of being pressured. If you're not shopping with Toni then you're doing yourself a disservice there is nobody in the car business like her. More
