Very good service on a cold and windy day. I would recommend your service dept. highly and of course I think you have one of the best cars on the road. with the product lineup you have and the great personnel you have you are sure to be winners in this market. While I was waiting for my car I was entertained by Randy Brown of you sales team. he tried to put me in a new lease but the numbers wern't quite there but he is going to try me later. Best car buying experience I have ever had! Happy customer, I began my car search shortly after my car of a different brand began having trouble with the transmission slipping after 16 years Happy customer, I began my car search shortly after my car of a different brand began having trouble with the transmission slipping after 16 years on the road. During my search I came across Hyundai, I really liked the looks of the various models and then I found a 2018 Sonata at Spokane Hyundai on their website and decided to go in for a test drive. During the test drive I guess you can say I fell in love, definitely an upgrade from my previous car. The Sonata I test drove and purchased has power locks and windows, AC, cruise control and one of my favorite features the blue tooth and Apple car play capabilities all of which my previous car was without. Aside from finding the right car for me and as mentioned in the title of this post this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The staff at Spokane Hyundai were friendly and inviting and employees that I had not even talked to yet were congratulating me on my new car. Some might say that is because I helped their bottom line yet I can say their acknowledgement was genuine and sincere. The salesman Ryan Whitley whom I worked with was great. At no time was Ryan pushy, he made my dad and I feel welcome during the entire experience and answered all our questions, I felt informed rather than sold and really appreciated that. My final thoughts are if you are looking for a great looking car and car buying experience unlike any other you should make Spokane Hyundai one of your stops during your car search before you buy. To reiterate the staff is very welcoming, no pushy sales representatives and there is no hassle to buy a car or worse buy a car you do not really want and is not right for you.
