Was disappointed to find out the manufacturers don't put CD players in cars anymore. And was surprised such a nice car didn't have a more secure gas cap. I love my SUV and how it drives so smooth and all the safety features. My teenage grand kids have plenty of room to stretch out on road trips. Well done Hyundai. More

Excellent customer service! Stopped in to get a tow hitch installation fixed on my 2017 Tucson. U-Haul had done the installation and wiring portion was very poorly executed. Joshua Driggs and the service center team fixed the issue instead of making me go through the hassle of working with U-Haul again. Additionally, they identified and installed an exhaust part that I did not know was missing. To top it all off, they got the vehicle turned around faster than promised which had a huge benefit to my getting an earlier start on the weekend. I will definitely be bringing my business back here! Quite disappointed when it was assumed that an alignment would be done during the write up when it appears to me that the owner's maintenance log does not indicate this. Probably was a good thing after all, but I feel the owner's maintenance log and the service presented at write up ought to match. More
