Easy experience for a first time buyer I was a first time buyer, I went in having a pretty good idea of what I wanted, my price range, and had payment lined up before hand. My experience was pretty painless, after test driving one of the cars I was interested in and deciding to buy it I was offered the advertised online price for the vehicle (which assuming I can use KBB correctly was more then fair). The purchase process, while did take a few hours and did involve some standard up selling of add ons (warrantee, interior protection, etc.), was painless. Both Tony and Ruschard were friendly and easy to work with, Tony even introduced me to someone to attempt to find me some low rate insurance. Overall a positive experience, and the car is still running great after a few months. More
