He and the technician drove the car before returning it to us after service to determine the reason for the noise we were hearing. They indicated the loose fender liner was the cause of the noise and got us a quote for replacement, as they did not have one in stock. We also took time to look at a Santa Fe with Adam Price and Bill. They were knowledgeable and answered all our questions. More
We liked our experience so much we came back a month later! We bought an SUV because the folks especially TJ answered our questions and let us drive as many SUVs as we wanted. There was no pressure and just pleasant all the way around. So we bought the 2014 Ford Expedition in April. I did have to tell the finance guy at the desk in the middle of the building I wanted high book value on my old SUV which they finally did but I had to let him know the deal is off if we are not given book value for that. My husband's old Ford Ranger truck was running fine but then we lost a tranny so back to Spokane Hyundai. It was time for an upgrade. Once there we were working with TJ, sales guy, once again to drive as many Ford F-150 trucks as needed until we found the right one. Once again I declined the minimal low book value on our old Ranger and took it home to give to a friend of mine. Granted it had very high miles but I knew if I had time I could sell for more than the $200 he was offering. They found financing while we went to lunch and came back to sign paperwork again for both cars. Both times we found things wrong like non-working air conditioning on the second truck and both times their service department repaired them both before we drove them off the lot. If we are paying for all the goodies then of course we want them working before we sign the final deal. Thanks for making the whole process painless and allowing us to upgrade both our vehicles in April and May 2019. Carfax gave the vehicle value so of course we paid that. We were helped by so many of your staff members on both visits it is hard to name them all. Everyone was very pleasant and nice to deal with. Thanks for that. We will be coming back for our service and oil changes on the extended service contracts on both vehicles. More

Complete interior/exterior detailing In a few words, the overall cleaning was outstanding. Unfortunately, we had to stop and buy some Windex and paper towels on the way home because the In a few words, the overall cleaning was outstanding. So much so that you couldn't see out of it with the sun shining. The rest of the windows were just fine, so not sure what happened there. More
