Best Car Purchase Experience I've ever had! I have bought many vehicles in my lifetime. Never have I ever been treated the way Toni Cornell did. I was respected, treated with kindness, patience, I have bought many vehicles in my lifetime. Never have I ever been treated the way Toni Cornell did. I was respected, treated with kindness, patience, and although she had other customers in the store never once felt neglected. That girl can do it all! I have been a customer for a long time and one thing that really bothers me is when you purchase a vehicle and that person who sold it to you isn't available months after which is how I got connected to Toni. She didn't sell my previous car to me but welcomed me to look her up if I had any questions regarding the car, service, or warranty. You could tell she was in the sales department when she asked if I would consider an upgrade. When I told her no her attitude remained the same. After a year or so of her calling to say hello I decided I may be interested and called her first. If she can wait on me for a year she deserves a change to earn my business and she did. Moving forward she is the only person I will talk to. There was not one moment of pressure. Great person to have in this job! More

Since I was close to the shop they came out but he was unable to get it to work either so I called a tow company and they towed it back to the shop. They had to order the part. Since it was a 3 day holiday it took a little time but the problem was resolved and I was very satisfied. Thanks More
