He went above and beyond his job to help me with the insurance claim for the dama Robert Storseth is the best service adviser I have ever encountered. He went above and beyond his job to help me with the insurance claim for the damage on my vehicle. The insurance wanted me to take my car to one of their approved shops but I wouldn’t budge because I knew I would get the best service and work at Spokane Hyundai... and I did! I also want to add that never did I feel like I was treated differently as a woman and all women know that we are often lied to or taken advantage of at car shops. motor replacement a long way from home I've dealt with a lot of auto dealer service centers over the years and my experience with Spokane Hyundai was hands down the best I've ever had. My d I've dealt with a lot of auto dealer service centers over the years and my experience with Spokane Hyundai was hands down the best I've ever had. My daughter was 8 hours from home when her engine failed. We had it towed to Spokane because it was the closest dealer and I'm glad we did. Alex in the service department was on top of all the recall/warranty information and always stayed in touch and kept me updated with the progress. He worked with my daughter to promptly get her in a rental car and made sure she was able to keep it until the repairs were completed. This is our first Hyundai we've ever owned and won't be the last mostly because they stand behind their automobiles and do seem to care about he people that are sitting in the seats. More
