Helpful and very keyed in to out needs. We are previous owners and enjoyed the atmosphere that we had. We felt like family walking thru the steps not like customers. The staff is very friendly and professional. I came in for an oil change and to get a recall item taken care of and also got an air filter replaced that was dirty. In addition, Jared synced my new cell ph for an oil change and to get a recall item taken care of and also got an air filter replaced that was dirty. I am rating this dealership based on the experience i had with ONE person. If i were to total the sum of persons I have dealt with here, it would be a very different story. He was human, attentive, friendly and worked as hard as he could for my preferences in a vehicle and the price. I will be recommending ONLY him to anyone i know who may be looking to buy, trade, or lease a vehicle. He took time for us and i never felt any pressure. I could have walked out at any time, but never had the urge. Good Job Mark!!! More

I was looking for a manual transmission Elantra and couldn't find anyone in Portland, this dealership was the closest one that even had one. I contacted Michael and we negotiated a price that I thought couldn't find anyone in Portland, this dealership was the closest one that even had one. I contacted Michael and we negotiated a price that I thought was more than fair. He managed to get financing for me at very attractive rates as well as some incentives. I flew in to pick up the car, and Cabot picked me up curbside and drove me to the dealership. He let me test drive it, and got me set up to drive back home. Garry (finance) was extremely friendly and affable and got all my paperwork set for me so that I could take it back to Oregon, as well as handling the title transfer. Overall I am very pleased with my experience here, I feel the staff was very professional but also personable and I never thought they were trying to pull any tricks with me. And I'm very happy with my Hyundai, I put 500 miles on it the first day and everything was precisely as advertised. Great work guys!! More
