Replacement of clutch Parts were ordered and on site when I came to my appointment; courtesy shuttle service was great. When I got the call that my car was ready about 5:30 Parts were ordered and on site when I came to my appointment; courtesy shuttle service was great. When I got the call that my car was ready about 5:30pm (was an all day job), the service dept had just "officially" closed and my understanding was that the shuttle driver was off at 4:30pm Chris was able to locate someone to pick me up and get my car even after the service bay closed. In fact, it was the same shuttle driver from this morning. When he called, he was already sitting in my driveway! Everyone was knowledgable and friendly. Cost was about the same that was discussed with me a year ago, when I knew I would need to replace the clutch soon, so no surprises. So far, no issues with the new clutch. I've owned my Elantra for almost 10 years, it's a well built car. More

That way you can say "Hi Mr Wilson, I see you are here for an oil change...". etc. Call it the Starbucks or Mercedes experience if you want. It's something to shoot for. Somewhat disappointed that upon arriving for my original appointment on June 29th I was informed they were short staffed and that it would be several hours later than anticipated to complete the job, which caused me to reschedule. A phone call prior to arrival would have been nice so I could have rescheduled over the phone. Overall all though a good experience More
