Just had the rudest experience ever with this organization. Called the Voltzwagon dealership and got Dave in service, I asked Dave if he could help me with having when my next oil change was due. organization. Dave proceeds to ask my name, and car details, he said the last oil change was in December and when I asked when my next one was due, he says, “well when do Mitsubishi get oil changes we are a Voltzwagon dealership.” That to me was very snarky and down right rude. I said I wasn’t sure and since the Mitsubishi dealership had shut down, I was told to come to this location for service. After a little more belittling comments from Dave, I just told him that I was sorry I bothered him and hung up My experiences have always been top of the line with Spitzer until today, maybe it is time to find a Mitsubishi dealership that can respectfully answer my questions. More
Routine Oil change and recall service I was pleased with my recent experience with Service at Spitzer Volkswagen and David Hans. He processed me quickly when I arrived and let me know abou I was pleased with my recent experience with Service at Spitzer Volkswagen and David Hans. He processed me quickly when I arrived and let me know about a recall issue for my Volkswagen Beetle. He let me know up front what the charge would be for the oil change and that there was no charge for the recall service. He was pleasant, polite and knowledgeable. My service was completed shortly and a nice clean car was waiting for me. Thanks! More

Only cared about sale, nothing about customer In a nutshell, I was scheduled to go see a used car they wanted me to look at. I texted with one of the individuals at 10:20 AM to say I was on my way from Seven Hills and would be there in about 40 minutes. She responded back great, see you then. When I arrived, I was greeted with sorry we sold that car to an individual who walked in the door 10 minutes after my text. I could care less about the sale, but I busted my butt to get there on time and they obviously had my phone number from the texting, and at least could’ve had the common courtesy of a phone call. After Emailing 3 different individuals to let them know my displeasure, no one has reached out. Also have contacted main office in Detroit just to let them know how unprofessional they were that day. More
