Victor and Anthony were transparent regarding a quote on the vehicle we were interested in -- and earnest in working with us on it. For these reasons, our positive, fun, and open experience buying a car was wholly unlike other dealings we've encountered in this industry. I just felt like the deal was a big sham, with alot of dishonesty. Providing a good honest product is not difficult, it is a choice by a business if they decide they want to provide the best product to thier ability. I don't want perfection, I want what I payed for, and what they say they are selling me. No smoke, mirrors, or lies!!!!! My wife's 2005 Toyota Highlander was due for state inspection and an oil change. In Dec 2011 I scheduled her car for service. While her car was there the service department found a leak in the power inspection and an oil change. In Dec 2011 I scheduled her car for service. Although the necessary parts were not in stock, they arranged for a loaner car until her vehicle was repaired. All the necessary repairs were made under warranty and there was no cost for the repairs. The service manager and all employees were very courteous and we were pleased with the entire experience. Even though we did have some minor problems with her Highlander we are very satisfied with the overall performance of the vehicle and would consider purchasing another vehicle from Spitzer Toyota.
