Doug- Goes Above and Beyond and Made Buying Zero Stress Doug Klenoshek was amazing to work with! He helped in every aspect from researching to finding a car that had exactly what I wanted ( which was a long Doug Klenoshek was amazing to work with! Doug has an outgoing yet easygoing personality which was important to me. I don't want to feel embarrassed to ask a question, and I want to have a fun, positive experience. I even recommended him to a friend who was having a terrible experience at another dealership, and she felt the same way after her sale with him as her dealer. He takes the stress out of buying a new car, and I even enjoyed shopping for one. After my car had arrived at the lot and was ready to take home, Doug spent an hour and a half teaching me how to work everything. Not because he had to spend that long, but because he sensed my uneasiness about all of the amazing yet intimidating technology that my new Prius has. I doubt many salespeople would do this because I assume that most want to get back inside and make another sale. He took the time to help me until I was satisfied and confident. This is my third purchase from this exact dealership. This time, though, was a much better experience. I can't even remember the other dealers' names because they were typical. Doug, however, feels like a friend now. I will give his name to my friends and family because I know he will take care of them, too, so I highly recommend that you find Doug if you are looking for a thorough, conscientious, kind, and upbeat person to help you.
