Good price... Sales and service lacking! A lot! Price was right on car. Did not enjoy sales experience. Bought a certified car and battery tested 50%. I told the salesman I wanted a new battery. He said he would check on it and did not follow through. When I asked about it, he said don't worry, it's covered under warranty. Dealer did not submit my loan to the credit union the way I requested. The car also only had a half tank of gas when picked up. They also messed up my payment amount and then gave me a different price at the end when I refused additional money down. Finance Manger tried to sell me some off brand warranty instead of toyota warranty and made me pay for body panel etching, which I didn't request. Happy with the car... Not with the sales process. More

Friendly, Helpful, A full service dealership I was recomended by a friend to see Doug. He took us on a test drive and we decided to buy the Highlander that night.
