wonderful truck purchase! I saw a post online with a truck that fit the bill for what I was wanting in a truck. Called the dealership to confirm that it was still available. I then rode my motorcycle the 250 miles to look at this truck. I had not planned on purchasing the truck the same day. But the truck was perfect. And Brian was a fantastic help with checking out this truck. Tape measure to make sure the truck would fit in my garage? yes, he did that! Reading the owner's manual to answer some of the questions I had regarding the diesel engine? Yes, he did that! Help me find a way to get the motorcycle home once I decided to buy the truck the same day? Yes, he definitely did that! Sales manager Jason handeled my questioning and concerns in such an easy going fashion, I never felt pushed one way or another. This enabled me to focus on getting the exact vehicle I searched out at a deal that worked perfect for me. Everything went so well, I committed to putting the 4Runner on hold and visiting Spitzer the next available day I could. Upon arrival I noticed my soon to be 4Runner was prepped and waiting right by the sales office. Looked so good, no way I was leaving without the keys. Sales pro Brian J did I all my initial paperwork and we got caught up to speed on the deal as it was worked out over email. A financing oversight by me & my credit union threw us a curve. Brian thought quickly and came up with good options. Calls were made, things got handeled buy all of us and I was back to Spitzer with a check in hand. Paperwork was finished up & I breezed through the finance dept. Now the legal owner of a Barcelona Red 2018 TRD 4Runner, I was ready to hit the roads/trail! I was given a quick tour of the facility and what to expect upon my first service visit, impressive shop. Brian and I did a tidy run thru of the features and gave everything a good look-over.
