I knew I wanted a smaller SUV and started to look at the Toyota RAV4s. I went to the Toyota in Monroeville, where Sam Bickle was there to assist me. I told him my reasoning for the visit and he asked my price range, details I was looking for, and ultimately what I wanted out of a car. Knowing I needed a car in such a short time frame with no choice in the matter, Sam could have taken that to his advantage. Instead, Sam got me down to a price I was comfortable with, with great benefits and warranty. My stress in suddenly buying a car was gone and I was then excited about the experience. The Toyota Finance department was also very helpful in explaining everything. I highlyou recommend making a visit to this dealership! More
