The drawback to their "up-front" pricing model is that there is very little room for any form of give-and-take exchange when you actually sit down to work out a deal. You have to push very hard (or be extremely blunt in your refusal to accept their firm stance) in order to get anywhere respectable in the negotiations. More

Erica quote a price on an email and then went on to change it with no explanation after I checked out the car in person. I had an offer from another dealer ...much lesser and she wanted to see it. Ofcourse I cropped the image because I dont want her to screw my other dealer's offer and she came back with questions on the authenticity of the document I sent!!! That's just mind blowing! The in-store sales person was much much better to deal with. I am taking my business elsewhere... More
