I’ve never had any reason to be dissatisfied in the service department, but always was greeted by two exceptional employees no longer employed—they were Kayro and Jake who I depended upon completely with any needs of any new female Toyota owner. Many thanks to Deana Hicks for going above and beyond in servicing my Rav4. It was a rainy day and my side window got off track and was stuck half open. I had taped the window with plastic but in driving servicing my Rav4. It was a rainy day and my side window got off track and was stuck half open.
