There was a mix up when I brought my car into to be serviced they thought I was leaving it all day but wanted to wait for it. No one gave me his or her name so I do not know who helped me on May 18, 2021. The gentleman who did check me into the service center was efficient and answered my two simple questions. When I went back to pick up my Camry, a young lady took care of check out for me with ease and completeness. I’ve never had any reason to be dissatisfied in the service department, but always was greeted by two exceptional employees no longer employed—they were Kayro and Jake who I depended upon completely with any needs of any new female Toyota owner. By the way, this survey is directed to Raymond Stephenson as the owner, but I am the main driver of our Camry and do all servicing with Spitzer’s service department. More
