Made deal on Friday. Dealer requested Monday 1 p.m.for pickup so they could detail truck. They called Monday at 1045 a.m. wanting to delay until Tuesday. My wife took vacation day to drive me 2 hours one way to get truck so I declined. On arrival, truck exterior was washed and front interior swept. Supercab floor swept. Front Seat covers and floor mats placed in truck bed. No 2nd key to truck. No key for truck cap. No key code for keyless entry. I almost declined deal. Got truck home. Took 6.5 hours to clean interior. Had to remove supercab seats due to amount of dog hair. Windows, dash, every hard surface inside had not been cleaned. Truck bed had dirty floor mats, disgusting seat covers, a cargo mat, two appliance size cardboard boxes and a broken ratchet strap. Dealer excuse was short handed cleaning tech. Several sales people and office people standing around. Why couldn't they help clean? I answered a questionnaire a few days later and was told I'd receive a call within 48 hours. Nope. Salesman Steve was decent. The truck cap door lifts were shot. So, between the new key/fob, truck cap keys and door lifts, it cost me almost $500 not to mention the 6.5 hours of interior cleaning. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this dealership. Check out their reviews on Facebook since the reviews on their website are all just peachy. More
