This was the worst car buying experience that I have ever had. This used to be an excellent dealership and I considered it "my dealership" and now it seems to be home to shady/cliche sales tactics and down r had. It is a seller's market at the moment, but a little tact and courtesy goes a long way. I love Toyotas and this will not be my last purchase, but it will be my last from Spitzer. Shame on you. More
