I had the opportunity to visit Spitzer Toyota Monroeville, on Saturday, October 30, 2021. I needed to get the specials on tires and I was cutting it a bit close, as the special ended on that very Monroeville, on Saturday, October 30, 2021. I had expected to just stop in and pay for the tires, and then schedule the work on another day. I spoke with Service Associate, James Thomas who assured me that the work could be done, like, now, (if I had the time). I was so pleasantly surprised and of course, delighted. I immediately pulled my vehicle into the service bay, and waited until the work was completed. It would save me a return trip! Mr. James Thomas has always gone above and beyond in seeing to it that my service needs are taken care of, each time I've taken my vehicle by Spitzer Toyota Monroeville. It turned out that I also needed rear brakes and Mr. Thomas gave me advice on other service needs to be attended to on my next trip out.
