My engine blew on my old vehicle, so I needed a second car. My head was spinning from the myriad of choices; make, model, new or used. I stopped at Spitzer Toyota to look at new RAV-4's, since we currentl car. My head was spinning from the myriad of choices; make, model, new or used. I stopped at Spitzer Toyota to look at new RAV-4's, since we currently own a Sienna and have had great experience with their service department. Steve Skala quickly put me at ease with a calm demeaner and an understanding of my plight. The RAV-4 is a great choice, but they just didn't fit into my budget. Undeterred, Steve tried fitting me into a used RAV-4 without luck. I felt like I was wasting his and my time and told him so, getting up to leave. He kindly asked me to give him a little more time to find something that would work. Finally, I found a 2021 Honda HR-V that both fit my budget and driving needs. Thanks again to Steve Skala who felt more like a concerned friend than salesman. More
