We brought my wife's car in to fix what AAA had told us was an alternator problem. The Service Engine, Brake, and Battery lights were all on and the car was running very rough. We called, got the appoint was an alternator problem. The Service Engine, Brake, and Battery lights were all on and the car was running very rough. We called, got the appointment for Friday, and brought it in to Anthony Lear, the service manager. He listened to our respective stories about what was wrong with the car very patiently and attentively, then called us later that day to let us know the alternator, battery, and spark plugs all had to be replaced. We gave him the OK and picked the car up on Monday. They did not have the alternator in stock because it is a 23 year old car, but they could get it readily. We started it up, and it ran beautifully, but the Service Engine light was still on. I mentioned it to Tony, and he ran out with device in hand to reset it, after which it finally went off. (That light had been on for over a year.) We were very pleased with the service overall from Spitzer, and particularly with Tony's efforts on our behalf. More
